Pest Control
Services
One-Time
Service
When there's
a minor problem with Ants, Fleas, Stored Food Pests, Water Beetles
or even Rodents and it becomes necessary to bring the insect population
down to a reasonable level, a one-time job may work best. Some insects
such as roaches, silverfish and ants can be difficult to control
due to their biology, their adaptability to pesticides, and harborage
areas. For these insects, a Service Agreement may work best.
Treatment for insects varies: a general treatment may include crack
and crevices, application to the infested areas in the interior
and exterior, baiting or pheromone trapping.
A one-time
PEST SEALING around common access points such as entryways
and garage doors, pipes and vents can provide long-term protection
for the inside of your home without pesticides!
Service Agreements
Keeping the
insect population around your home to a minimum and reducing the
chance of an unwanted entry into your home, is what Service Agreements
are designed for. Service Agreements covers a variety of insects,
primarily the ones that are most likely to be a problem or difficult
to control, such as: ants, cockroaches, fabric moths, spiders, water
beetles, crickets, earwigs, silverfish and fleas.
Service includes
exterior insect inspections and treatments for the insects noted
above, removing accessible webs around exterior windows, porches
or eaves, and interior treatments upon request. If an insect problem
occurs inbetween services, there is no additional charge for added
visits or treatments for the covered insects.
