Pest Sealing

There are enough chemicals out there that kill insects, and when their population gets out of control a chemical application may be necessary. What about when there's not a big problem, especially indoors? We offer a long-term solution with our Pest Sealing. Here are a few of the benefits:

How does it work?

Doors

  • The sealing material we use is made up of thousands of dense nylon bristles that form a tight seal to repel light, heat and odors that may attract insects. It's not your ordinary hardware material; it's built to last as long as the door.
  • We install the material at the base of the door or all around the door depending on gap and exterior conditions, including garage doors (the biggest culprit). This will eliminate insect access points, drafts and hot or cool air from escaping. It also prevents sand, moisture, and pollen from entering your home.

Exterior

  • Pipes leading into the home are sealed with appropriate material to prevent insect entry.
  • Attic, substructure and garage vents are inspected for damage and then repaired.
  • Cracks on surfaces adjacent to the home are sealed with appropriate materials. Our goal is to not only provide an insect-free home, but to aid in stopping mice and rats from entering the structure. Our sealing program offers long-term protection for your home and provides maximum results.
