The Do's and Don'ts of Insect Baiting

INSECT BAIT STATIONS are child and pet-resistant. There are no offensive odors or vapors released in your home.
Working together will MAXIMIZE the effectiveness of this pest control program. Please follow these simple directions.

PLEASE DO:

INDOORS

  • Tell me everywhere you see you’ve notice insect activity
  • Clean up spills. By removing alternative food sources, ants or roaches are more likely to feed exclusively on Bait
  • Vacuum thoroughly. A small crumb is a feast to ants.
  • Store food in ant proof containers.
  • Empty trash containers frequently.
  • Keep the dishwasher closed or empty.
  • Pick up pet food when your pet is done eating.
  • Rinse and store recyclable cans and bottles in ant proof containers.
  • Be patient.  BAIT is a very effective treatment, however, it will take a little time to work.

OUTDOORS

  • Trim shrubs and trees back so they do not touch the house.
  • Keep pets away from treated areas for at least 24 hours.

PLEASE DON'T:

INDOORS

  • Don't spray any insecticides or "squash" any ants. Killing worker ants will only prevent them from returning to the colony with BAIT.
  • Don't use strong cleaners around the baits. Ants leave chemical trails so that others can find the MAXFORCE.
  • Don't remove or disturb bait station.

OUTDOORS

  • Don't water your lawn for 24 hours after application.
  • Don't disturb ant mounds. Ants that are agitated may not feed on the bait.
  • Don't spray insecticides outdoors.

THANK YOU!
